Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 7–14 days. Tracking information becomes available once the parcel has been handed to the international carrier.

If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery window, open the menu, go to Contact, and send us your order number and checkout email so we can help investigate.

Please double-check your size before ordering and follow the measuring guide shown above. If an incorrect size was selected and the order has already been processed or shipped, additional replacement and reshipping charges may apply.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. Once the arrival issue is verified, we can provide a free replacement even if you did not purchase the optional 30-Day Warranty.

30-Day Warranty: if selected at checkout, it adds free replacement coverage for eligible product failures that occur within 30 days of delivery after the item arrived in normal condition. It covers an approved replacement only and is not a cash-refund benefit. If the Warranty was not purchased, later product issues are not guaranteed a free replacement.

The Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, chewing, scratching, normal wear and tear, incorrect size selection, or lost items. We do not offer a free replacement simply because the item is no longer wanted after receiving or using it. This does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable law.
