Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes around 7–14 days after dispatch. If your order still hasn't arrived after the normal window, open the menu, go to Contact, and send us a message so we can help check it for you.

Please measure your dog carefully before ordering. The product page includes a photo guide showing how to measure the correct length and width. If the wrong size is ordered and the order has already been processed or shipped, a replacement or reshipping charge may apply depending on the situation.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number plus clear photos or video so we can review the issue. Once the arrival issue is verified, we can provide a free replacement even if you did not purchase the 30-Day Warranty. This arrival-issue support is separate from the optional Warranty.

The optional 30-Day Warranty must be selected at checkout. It adds free replacement coverage for eligible product failures that occur within 30 days of delivery after the item arrived in normal condition. A claim requires your order number and clear photos or video. The Warranty covers an approved replacement only; it is not a cash-refund benefit. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, chewing, scratching, normal wear and tear, incorrect size selection, or lost items.

If the item arrived in normal condition and a problem develops later, additional free replacement coverage does not apply unless the 30-Day Warranty was purchased at checkout. You can still contact us and we can review the situation, but a free replacement is not guaranteed.

We do not offer a free replacement or return simply because an item is no longer wanted after receiving or using it. Please review the product details, measurements, colors, and size guide carefully before ordering. This does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable law.

No. Shipping Protection, the 30-Day Warranty and Tips are optional and default to off. The 30-Day Warranty only applies when it was selected at checkout.
